CHOCOLATE BROWNIES!!!

I have to say almost every PMS'ing woman's favorite thing to have is chocolate.  These brownies are guaranteed to fulfill that need for chocolate without a doubt. I love these brownies, I made two batches in two days with my daughter. The kids sucked them down in a matter of hours(with my help of course).  They are moist, rich, chocolaty brownies and if it weren't for my kids help, I'd of downed the whole pan by myself.

They are easy to make.  I managed to throw this batch together in a matter of ten minutes, threw them in the oven, got ready to pick up my kids in 40 minutes and have time to pull them out in time to cool while I went for my kids at school, then returned to frost them.

The first time I made the frosting, I panicked. I put the ingredients in a bowl and it was all dry. Eventually I figured out to use a fork and mash all the sugar, chocolate, honey and butter together to form what was, in my opinion, the best damn frosting ever. I did a taste test, and was surprised I didn't stick my head in the bowl just to lick the remnants off the bottom and sides.

I hope you find time to make these. They go well with an ice cold glass of milk and a good t.v. show.

Here's the recipe and the finished results(minus a piece I had to have).

Enjoy!
